After working out, I've decided to shoot around for about 45 mins to 1 hour. Is this comparable to say, 30 mins of swimming? I can't play basketball competitively anymore because of my bum knee but I can still shoot around. I'm only doing so because I still enjoy shooting hoops and swimming gets kinda boring sometimes. Anyone have any calorie burning figures on this? Oh and I also started mixing up sets of crunches, v-ups, and leg lifts on my free time. edit: I've only been doing so for about 3 days now.
