After working out, I've decided to shoot around for about 45 mins to 1 hour. Is this comparable to say, 30 mins of swimming? I can't play basketball competitively anymore because of my bum knee but I can still shoot around. I'm only doing so because I still enjoy shooting hoops and swimming gets kinda boring sometimes.

Anyone have any calorie burning figures on this?

Oh and I also started mixing up sets of crunches, v-ups, and leg lifts on my free time. :x:

edit: I've only been doing so for about 3 days now.

    Really? :/

Is it better to do it before working out? :hs:

My friend has this thing like he'll lift on weekdays and just do cardio on the weekends.

It's hard for me to even drive home after the gym, much less do anything else.
