I will have all access to the stage, catwalks, backstage and main floor.

I will be taking my 28-90 f/3.5 and 70-300 f/4 with me. I cant set up any flashes on stage which I would have liked to, so all has to be on camera.

Whats a good iso to shoot in? I was thinking 400 would be good with flash and 800-1600 without.

Any help would be great. I will post photos tomorrow.

    Thanks

Are you allowed a flash on your camera? If so, then just use it to fill in.

For weddings, I set my flash at -2/3rds power on TTL, iso around 800-1000, shutter speed priority, and around 1/30-1/60th shutter speeds. Fills in very nicely and captures background colors nice too. Works for me... And I'm sure others like mojito can elaborate more for you.

Oh and I forgot, don't forget to use some kind of difuser on the flash.
