Shoot my plan down v.getting ready for the ChAir Force

    I need to get down to 180 but my goal is more like 175 as I am 5'9". Currently I'm 204. I also don't want to lose too much strength (however short term losses are expected and acceptable).

    My last two days and what I'm planning to eat tomorrow....
    I know day 1 and 2 have some junk in it, day 3 is actually more typical to my usual diet when i'm focused
    day 2 I know involved too few carbs so day 3 is attempting to correct that.
    I am worried I may need to eat more like 2000-2200 calories however...

    My workouts for those same 3 days + 14th and 15th
    Feb 11th cardio focused
    -Stretch
    -25 Minutes Eliptical mid-high intensity
    -Cable Lat pulldowns
    -Cable Rows
    -Upright Rows
    -Sit ups 100
    -Push ups 100

    Feb 12th
    -stretch
    -5 minute 3.5mph walk warm up
    -Cleans 6 sets 95, 115, 135 135 135 95
    -overhead press 95, 135, 135
    -Bench press 135, 205, 225, 245, 265, 225
    -15 minute elliptical (semi-cool down)
    -sit ups

    feb 13th (tentative)
    -stretch
    -20 minute treadmill (splits)
    -Biceps
    -Forearms
    -10 min row
    -20 min other cardio

    Feb 14th (off) Sushi for Vday :o

    Feb 15th
    -Stretch
    -5 minute fast walk
    -Squats
    -straight leg deads
    -leg press
    -hack squat
    -calves
    -10 min walk cool down

    This is my tentative workout schedule

    Strength wise I'm doing a lot better than last year but I'm willing to sacrafice some of that out of necessity...

    I think you need to be above 2k calories if you do to want to loose strength. Why not do somethign basic, like purs routine and work up to 30 minutes of cardio on the off days?

    I think I've been at more like 2200 cals/day once you factor in the olive oil i add to....pretty much everything. I'm going to have to check out purs routine though.
