Right now I am 6'2" ~190lbs. Only problem is that most of that is fat. I would like to be around 175 and more tone. I can drop to 175 easy by not eating but I still look like a fatty so that doesn't really do me any good. My plan is to run 3 days a week and do some strength stuff the other days. My only problem is that I refuse to life weights. I am planning on starting at 1 mile running the first week (maybe 1.5) and plan on adding a quarter mile each week after that. I am mainly looking for advice on what to do for the other stuff. Push up and sit ups are the only things that I can really think of offhand and I have no idea how many / how many reps I should do. My main goals for right now are to get down to 175 and be able to run a 5k within 2 months. I think that should be achievable.
