    the way he threw that hook is a classic way to set up a leg kick. that's what it looks like to me. i don't think he was expecting chuck to go down like that :dunno:

    Agree, looks more like the mechanics of a leg kick than a soccer kick.

    he was probably going for a leg kick...he threw the hook-low kick combo a few times throughout the fight

    I thought it was interesting that Joe was kinda forcing the fact that Chuck was retiring even though Chuck didn't say anything? Is there any background?

    After Chuck lost to Evans Dana told him he was done but then they made a deal that Chuck had to quit partying, get in shape and knock Shogun out.

    Dana is being a friend to Chuck more than a promoter basically.
