Shoes/inserts for people with flat feet.

  1. I have pretty much flat feet with out much arch. I will be doing PT with Army cadets at school and need to have quality running shoes as my knees are bad in my opinion and with flat feet it hurts to run. Any inserts to add to the arch or anything? Links appreciated.

    go to a running store and get an experts opinion. i like brooks beast shoes.

    If you have knee pain and it hurts your feet to run you probably need to look at seeing a podiatrist or orthotist and perhaps getting a pair of foot orthoses made. Infact you could try anti-pronation taping to see if it alleviates the pain you experience before you fork out for orthotics.
