Yeah.... this thread has been done a million times before, but I just need a good pair of casual/dress shoes that i could wear every day that aren't super expensive............ and a messenger bag that isn't super expensive. Third and final year of law school, so I should finally start dressing the part. Anyone have any recommendations?

    Thanks style lab

Kind of limited with casual dress shoes at that price range.

Messenger bag, are you looking for something more useful in a professional setting?

Um, professional would be okay...... I'm just looking for something nice to throw over my shoulder. Books are so heavy....

I used to be a messenger bag-only type until I went to law school. I opted for a backpack because of all the books I had to carry around...it just makes more sense. They hold more and they are easier on the back/shoulders

Seriously, if it's for school, get a backpack.
