    I had a shitty workout today, also feel like shit the past couple of workouts...
    is it time to supplement myself again :hsugh:

    i've been only taking protein the past couple weeks.

    I feel like shit too because my knee is acting up and not letting me squat. I feel like crap when I have to rest a bodypart or joint, but this kinda feels like meniscus pain :hs:

    I have a sinus infection and my shoulder injury is acting up again.

    My last 3 or 4 workouts have sucked ass :sadwavey:

    So I feel for you.

    I seem to have messed up my ankle at bjj tuesday, and don't even remember what I did to it. It's swolen and discolored. :wtc:
