My traps are starting to look pretty decent and my back is filling out halfway decent. I've decided to cut out the bullshit and stick to what works: Bench/Squat/Deadlift/Standing Military Press/Row. Fuck the rest of the bullshit.

I'm currently at 5'9 and 170 and some change. I'm still pretty lean so I'm going to keep bulking well into spring.

I had to take a new arms pic because the shot of my back makes them look a lot skinnier than they really are. Oh well, on with the pics.

    Yoke :noes:

Currently I think my upper back looks a lot better than my lower back does so I need to focus on the lower back a bit I suppose.

    I'm uploading a back/bi pose right now.

I haven't BB benched in a while because I've switched to strictly DB's to switch things up so keep that in mind.

    Bench 5RM 195
    Squat 5RM 255
Deadlift 5RM 265 (This is higher, but this is just what I've actually done)

They used to suck ass. I mean really suck ass. I started adding in yoke work 3 days a week and now they are a bit ahead :hs:

And like I said my upper back looks a lot better than my lower does. I just started adding in bent over BB rows because I realize my lat workouts were complete shit so hopefully they're catch up. But my shoulders and traps are definately a bit disproportionate.

my lats used to BLOW... until i started doing more pulldowns and switching up my grip (wide grip overhand, wide grip palms facing, close grip underhand, close grip palms facing)
and the middle of my back is catching up now because of t-bar rows

try switching up your grip on pulldowns and don't be scared to throw on more weight than you think you can handle

I feel like bent over BB rows really toast them, I should probably also start going heavier on those.

yeah, bent over BB rows work pretty well too

it's all about what you feel works your muscles the best... for me, i prefer t-bar rows... but i throw BB rows in every once in a while to mix it up

    variety is key

    just genious enough to work

make sure you find a corner with padding or something around it... so you don't blow a hole in the wall

No one would notice at my school gym :mamoru:

I'm also currently getting about 4000 calories a day (clean) and around 250-300g's protein.
