    No more old people fitness center :bowdown: maybe they'll have more than just one cage too :squint:

    Any Gold's members on here? Are they pretty decent? Sure as fuck can't be any worse than what I'm paying $53/month for now :ugh:

    In my experience they're not bad as far as commercial gyms go but it varies.

    I'm really hoping they have a trainer or at least people who know how to deadlift there. I've been wanting to start doing deads but it's kind of intimidating :o

    I get worried about form for some reason :o the fucked up part is I have no problem doing squats :rofl:

    It's pretty easy to figure out if you start off light, watch some videos or read articles from people who know what they're doing.

    Yep, some of them are really good. They'll let you use chalk and deadlift without any problems. Others like some of the ones in my area have old ass people hanging around and will complain if you drop a deadlift from 1"
