k i post pics on F&N like once a year. so here they are: last year: this year: overall i am pretty unhappy with my progress this year. my lifts are about the same as they were last year, my endurance is WAY DOWN, and my shoulders and lower back hurt more than ever. And I can't fit into my nut hugging jeans anymore. I know my diet needs MAJOR OVERHALL and my routine is in definite need of change. ibzomg you have low test? stfu, no i dont. I fuck hoes all the time. anyways...thots? how much weight do you bros think i've put on this year (if any at all)? I'll post up stats and measurements later on, once i see what the consensus is.
