Shit. I've lost 20lbs!

    I took most of last year off from the gym. Started back in january. My strength has increased significantly. Just the past month my bench press has gone up 50lbs and my deadlifts and stiff-legged dead lifts have gone up 100lbs. But I've dropped 20lbs since janurary.

    I weight 170 now:o

    Oh, and I'm 5'11"

    I look a little bigger though :confused:. Definitely more ripped now. But still....

    You look a little bigger, more ripped, and stronger... and you're complaining?:squint:

    Actually in the next 6 weeks, I'm planning on not weighing myself. Plays with my head too much.

    Werd. Started my first cut in 3 years, will be way too scared to see my weight drop as a former skeleton (now i'm more of gheist, not just bones, also some skin)

    170 sounds so weak though:o:rofl:. 185 is usually my fighting weight too. But, nah. I guess not complaining. lol

    I never weigh myself. Like I said, been since january since I weighed last.

    When I used to weigh myself often, like every week, my weight would fluctuate up or down 5lbs every week. So, thats why I haven't weighed myself since january.

    I'm on the once a month plan myself. If not i'm like: why did i gain 1.2 lbs since yesterday morning, why is my weight 1.5 higher than it was yesterday at 8pm. Should I run more? Is my spoon too full of peanut butter on my midmorning snack? Did I drink enough water today? yesterday? And then i want to refigure my routine.

    But when I wait a month and step on the scale all I see is: Yep, my cut is working. Keep doing what i'm doing and i'll keep making progress :big grin:

    I'm down 25lbs from last year. Strength increased a little but not much. Definitely a lot leaner.
