shit day in the gym

    last night, went to the gym and fucking fucked everything. Squat was half assed and i was lucky to go to parallel @ 235lbs for 7 reps :(

    couldn't do deadlift, went up to 255 for 2 reps. I'm cutting, so I know i my lifts may go down. But last night, I just didn't have the energy or maybe not enough motivation.

    I had a steak, broccoli and 1/2 a sweet potato about an hour before lifting. Do you think i'm too low on cals? or do you think it was just one of those crappy days?

    I guess i'll know on Sunday when I get back to the gym. If the lifts are shitty again, I will up the cals. Don't want to lose too much LBM when cutting :hsd:

    It just happens sometimes. Just means you need a little rest. Take off today and hit it hard the next day.:)
