    In terms of learning the shirt, finding the groove, insert some other phrase here, how much full range work do you do?

    Board presses and lockouts are your new best friend. Oh you mean learning the groove of the shirt...I would think it just takes time and practice to get the feel of it, but I've never really used one.

    as for full range stuff - you are still gonna need to find out how much weight it will take to get teh bar to touch. cave is right, board presses and lockouts will be the key to your workouts, but its all for nothing if you cant get the weight to touch

    Reverse band presses is what i have been told are the the "best" way to learn a shirt
    I think boards are equally important

    Meh, it really wasn't that bad. Then again, it's a used shirt plus it might be one size too big. I suppose I shall just have to grow into it. I threw it on to see how sexy I was in it. And by threw it on, I mean someone had to yank me all over the place to get it on.

    I think I'm in one that's a size too small, I mean I know that it will leave marks and be painful, but this shit is fucking crazy.
