the bag > that cause you practice kicking technique...imo
I don't think taking tips from a guy that starts to breathe a little hard from hitting his leg with a wet towel is a good idea.
i never heard him breathe hard, but as far as i know (and that's extremely little about muay thai fighting), you want to both deaden the nerves on the surface of the shin, as well as induce trauma to the shin bone itself to cause it to harden more (bone remodeling i believe?).
people and their mutilation techniques doing crap like that is what makes all of these people feel like 50 when they wake up in the morning and there still in there early 30s
it was a joke
Maybe I should've thrown a smilie in there.
Actually it works very well. It feels like hitting the softer part of the bag, but you can get hundreds of hits in just a few minutes. I fold my towel once more than he does, so that that its more of a blackjack type thing and less whip. That way I get more blunt force going into my shin and less of that really annoying whip effect hitting my calf when I miss.
yeah I'm gonna take fight advice from some fat guy
fedor & butterbean > you
If I could get on top of butterbean I think I could submit him.
What is that pussyshit
if you can't stand to kick a bag how can you expect to kick somebody's head???
and further more, how can you take a punch?
i knew youd pop up in this thread- wassup homey?
