been using disposable razors for the majority of my life... I feel like I want to invest in something better. What do you guys use to shave?

Just got that exact razor a week ago. Works pretty good so far, my face is still getting used to it so I'm sure it will get better, but thus far it shaves quite well. Extra blades come out to 10 cents or so, a lot better than the $3 gillettes I used to use. :bigthumb: One blade causes no irritation at all. Double sided as well, so that gets you more use.

the great thing about the single blade razors is you won't get ingrown hairs and razor burn is a lot less prevalent

Possibly, but it would still have some wear on it, I'd rather just throw in a new one and have an easy shave. I got a 100 pack of blades for under 10 bucks.

I shave every morning before work with a mach 3. I've always wanted to try using a straight razor, or a safety razor. I've heard they get really close shaves...
Either that, or just go electric...

    mach 3 + badger brush + shave cream in a tube/tub = win

That said I'm easing into using this at the moment.

Hey man don't knock it, the closeness is amazing (assuming it's not so close that you shaved off 1/2 your face... )

Also re the styling, it's from 1921, was found inside a wall during an old hotel reno.
