While doing: (Tricep) dips + db/bb flies - sharp pains in my elbows around rep 6-7 and up of 10. Flat Benchpress - sharp pains in my lower back doing my last couple reps of an 8 - 10 rep set. It hurts while doing the exercise but i usually suck it up and finish my set. Is it bad to continue through the pain? Any particular reason why this may be happening? Should i lower the weight?
