Right about on my right shoulder blade. It's in an area maybe the size of a quarter, but if I'm benching or applying pressure/weight to it, it is a sharp pain, almost feels like I'm being stabbed with a needle.

WTF is wrong with me and WTF can I do to fix it?

i get this pain when I do reverse flys. Or sometimes, but not often when I do DB shrugs. I stopped doing reverse flys so i dont get the pain, and then when It happens with shurgs, I just stop doing shrugs and do something else. Glad it doesnt happen when benching though. Hurts like hell.

I can do a doctor to fix it?

But anyways, I am a college student. No monies to go to doctor so I'd rather not waste my time if there is something else I can do to fix it myself.

Sounds like a pinched nerve. Aspirin or ibuprofen should help a bit, but make sure to rest the affected area.
