sharing video from iMovie to quicktime

    i made a slideshow for a Power Point presentation in iMovie and need to get it to Quicktime format. When I share it, do I compress it for cd-rom, web, or what?

    :ugh: wow, okay way too small. so, cd-rom would look good for a presentation, yeah? (it's going to be projected onto a screen.)

    yeah, definitely don't go web if you're looking to project on a screen.

    Even better is playing with the 'expert' settings. All of the defaults pretty much destroyed the quality of the image in my project, took me AGES to realise expert allowed me to choose my own. :)

    I'll check this out. When I shared and imported it, the pics became horribly pixelated. Maybe the pics are not a high enough resolution, but w/o photoshop I don't think I can fix that. Not bad enough that you can't tell what's going on, but it'll look bad on my part.

    don't forget this...when you put that movie into a presentation, your presentation file size is going to be huge!
