    OLD ROUTINE: UPDATED ON PAGE 2

    Day 1 [] Horizontal Push [] Chest/Tri


    5x5 Flat BB Bench Press
    3x5 Incline DB Press
    3x Dips
    3x8 Skullcrushers
    3x5 Decline DB Press
    3x8 Two arm extensions
    Ab and Oblique work.

    Day 2 [] Horizontal Pull [] Back/Bi

    5,5,3,3,1 Deadlifts (Next rotation SL)
    3x8 DB Hammer Curls
    3x10 Bent BB Rows
    3x8 Bent-over DB Rows
    5xMax Pullups (First 2 sets weighted)
    3x10 Vertical Pulldown

    Day 3 [] Vertical Push [] Legs/Shoulders

    12,10,10,8 Squats
    3x10 Shoulder Press
    3x10 Upright BB Row + 3x8 Military Press (rotate with clean+press)
    2x20 Leg Press

    today I felt like a back day... I've only got a 3 day split so it really is interchangable.

    deads (went for light weights high reps)
    pyramid sets of lat pull downs
    pullups
    bent over DB rows (went heavy to light)
    bicep curls

    3x10 standing arnold
    2x15 tri extension

    1 x tri push down
    2 x pushups

    the DB felt really good today...dropped down the weight a bit and just a bunch of burnout sets
