this never happened before, but i've stopped working out for close to a year due to school and everything, and now that i'm just starting up again, ive noticed that my arm tends to shake alot when doing the same excercise repetitively. Is this just a phase that will go away as i get used to working out again? or is there another explanation?

What? When you get towards the end of your set of course you will shake, your arms are getting tired. Do you mean a different type of shaking? (if there is one)

My arms always shake when doing presses too, it hasn't caused me any problems so I haven't looked into it.

I take a serving of ultra-fuel, glutamine powder, and a 1000mg vitamin C cap immeditaly after my workout. I never get shaky or anything like that, although im dead tired and I need to lay down for a while, what do you guys take post workout?

yeah.. i've actually read that you should not be sipping on gatorade DURING workouts at all. Immeditaly after your workout you should down a server of ultra-fuel or something very similar. There were some really good scientific reasons and studies citied but I forgot where they are.
