I'm on christophers' routine and it's been working really well so far. I've been upping my squat by 5-10lb every week (i'm not exactly at my 5RM yet). Today i did 195lb x 5 reps. After my set the biggest guy in the gym came up to me (I noticed him watching me during the set). He said my legs were shaking a lot. He mentioned something about my muscles (quads?) not working as much as they could when my legs shake. He said to point my toes out more (as opposed to straight ahead), and get more into the workout. I was wondering what affect having shaky legs will have on my squats? how can i prevent them? any other tips?
