Whenever I do free weights I feel my arms are shaking. I am confident that I can lift the weight ( lets say I am benching 35's and my max is like 60's ) but whenever I do dips, bench, flys, sometimes squats... my arms/legs shake. Is it because I have bad form? Lifting too much? Sorry, I couldn't find this in the stickies.

just gotta build up all those little muscles that help you to stabilize the weight.. takes time :)

I eat some protein (like eggs) before my workout and it helps me with the shakey arms. :yum:

I only had shakey arms when I was younger. Even just flexing made them shake. As soon as I started building muscle it all went away :hsd: God my av is old :o

I agree that this can be the case... but it's probably just the muscles need to be built up to stabalize better.

alright, I guess I will be the noob. heheh the noob with the shakey arms.... what is funny is that I can lift more than other people that don't have wobbly arms. Whatever. I will also drink a good protein drink before and after I go...Thanks for the kind words.

Strange. I just started getting the shakeys while benching the past week and a half or so.

I suspected it might have been related to waking up, having a shake instead of a real breakfast and going right to the gym. Gonna go back to eggs, toast and oatmeal for a bit.

jonno, why you give me the :ugh: look? If I work out without eating I get shaky arms :mamoru:
If I eat eggs or chicken I don't shake and I have more energy during my whole workout. Am I doing something wrong?
