Shake before bed + evening/morning wood = teh lose

    Something about having my piss clock wake me up in the middle of the night or early morning, only to be hindered by a severe case of morning wood, makes drinking a whole bunch of fluids right before bedtime very undesirable.

    What I need is a piss tolerance, which some people have (ie. they can hold it longer than others can).

    wear a diaper or eat solid food right before bed.

    whey isn't your best pre-bed protein anyway.

    I havn't had morning wood in god knows how long...

    I don't know if thats a good or bad sign.

    Same as cave and my test levels are normal according to last bloodwork done this year.

    I think morning wood has less to do w/ testosterone levels and more to do w/ estrogen levels or perhaps the ratio of the two.

    When I take any anti-e I get morning wood like you would not believe. These products dont increase T but they will lower estrogen

    you need estrogen for a healthy libido.... and what kind of anti-e are you talking about? If it's an aromatase inhibitor they DO increase testosterone.

    I always wake up about to piss myself, in fact if it weren't for that I probably wouldn't get out of bed 90% of the time.

    My natural test production is probably pretty suppressed right now so we'll see what happens in a few weeks.

    I haven't either.. But if I'm sleeping with a girl I'll wake up with morning wood 100% of the time, or wake up in the middle of the night humping her leg or something :rofl:

    yeah you can do that to. or hover and push the bone down. I like the sink method, or shower if I feel like taking one that day.
