MIL settle a debate: can one member of the army sue another member?

    nice.....some dude at work was arguing that you can't.

    I'm pretty sure the stipulation is you can't sue the military itself, and you can't sue a member of the military who was performing some duty like mopping a floor and you slip and fall or some such shit.
