    200 x 1 (I had 195 on, but my spotter insisted on putting 2.5's on each side for an even 200 :mamoru:)
    215 x 1 *PR* -- I am sure I could have done more (shit went up pretty much no problem.. it didn't explode up, but I never stalled and it wasnt just creeping up) if I had gone for 225, maybe 230? but I didn't feel like getting let down or hurting myself, so I will save it for next week.

    I hadn't done barbell bench work in sometime, save the past 10 days.. I'd been strictly using DB's for the past year or so, so it was a bit of an adjustment -- I think with more acclimation and practice, my bench could shoot up a bit strictly based on form/technique, strength aside.

    sweet, we are about on par as far as weight and bench, but I am 5'11

    nah, usually just 3-4 (6-10 reps, depending) working sets.. but I was trying a new routine today and it called for ME Bench
