Those of you who have achieved broly status (I mean actually big people, Cease, Pur, Christophers, Timberwolf, Sgt. Ownage etc sorry if I forgot anyone), how long have you been lifting for? I think this whole forum only looks at two components of getting big, diet and routine, while time is really the biggest factor in becoming a true broly in my opinion (besides drugs).

Uh...about 3 years "seriously," before that I lifted for 4 years in high school doing whatever the coaches told me to.

That helped me get decently strong but the real fun didn't start until afterwards. In any case, I look at it as a lifelong commitment so I'm not too worried.

How the fuck can you forget me? I'm EASILY the biggest motherfucker this place has EVER seen. Someday PUR might catch me if he works hard enough and I have a few injuries and stop lifting for a long time.

ive started lifting like 3 years ago with huge stints of backward progress from wrestling and going crazy and not wanting to look at a weight until like 3 months ago
