So I took out my old hard drive. I put a new one in, and installed WinXP on it. I want to connect my old hard drive so that I can have access to my gigantic MP3 collection among other thingspr0n and my question is this: do I need to put the hard drives in any kind of order on the daisy chain in order to make my comp boot to the current hard drive, and not to my old one? Or is the only thing that matters, the way I have that little jumper plug in the back of the hard drives themselves? Trial and error would answer this question but I'm kiiiiiiiiinda afraid to fuck something up. Thanks for your help, OT.

Set it as primary slave or secondary master (unless your cd rom is reserved for secondary master). It really doesn't matter. You will get better performance when both hard drivers are connected through different controllers. The only thing that should matter is the jumpers behind the hard drive. Set that to slave.
