For some reason, my rectum is really burning badly lately, it really hurts badly, no itchiness, just pain. I have not changed my diet or anything, but have been riding the elliptical like there's no tommorow for weeks now.

My bowel movements have been pretty good, but sometimes I really have to strain to get it done. This *could* be related to all the cardio i've been doing, but am unsure.

Any ideas on how to avoid this? I don't think it's due to chaffing on the bike :hs:

could be from the bike... little too much pressure on the ol' posterior

stay away from the bike for a while and see what happens. checking with a doctor isnt the worst of ideas, either
