    Car is a 2002 Is 300.

The brakes go to the floor about once every 2 weeks for no apparent reason, & obviously the car does not stop. This is under normal driving conditions.

The car is completely stock & under warrenty.

The dealership says there is nothing wrong with the car & refuses to help .

Anyone else have this problem, or know someone that does?

hit something and sue the dealer, lexus and everyone else, just be sure you have witnesses and documentation that this is an on going problem. I have a 2002 and have had it on the track a few times and drive pretty crazy around town, have yet to have a single problem with brakes. also try another dealer, maybe they will be able to help you better

that could very well be air in the lines. Is your fluid level consistent, leaking, or have you ever seen it overflow?
