First off the besics. I have a dell 4550 with a GEForce4 MX 420 video card with TV Out. I have a dell LCD monitor that runs at 1280 x 1024. I am running a cloned image to my 32" panasonic flat screen which only works at 800 x 600.
I have been manually changing to 800 x 600 whenever I want to watch a movie on the TV.
Now my question. Is there any way to have the monitor at 1280 x 1024 and the clone at 800 x 600?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!! :x:

you'll have to look in your video drivers. I know that XP can't do it automatically unless it thinks that separate output is another logical monitor. And that may be what you'll have to do.
