seperate bicep work out split?

    Any one NOT do a seperate bicep work out? I just feel that biceps are worked with my bigger lifts? true?
    Or should i be doing a seperate split for them?

    Unless I'm mistaken, I remember Christophers saying that he doesn't have a seperate bi workout for that same reason. They get worked out enough with other excersizes.

    I work them out seperately. I guess it's just whatever you want to do. :dunno:

    i don't do them separately, every now and then i'll do a set or 2 of curls after a back workout, but that's about it.

    after a heavy back day, the bis are pretty shot, but I usually tack on a couple sets of preachers or hammers just to finish them off.

    I haven't really done any direct bicep work in 2 months or so :dunno: Seems fine with pullups and rows and such.

    I'll toss in a set or two of curls if i'm feeling randy... but not a separate workout. back work is enough for me

    I usually do a 3 sets of seated hammer curls if I feel like it during back day. other than that, I don't have a spearate day for them :dunno:

    I do several sets of incline DB curls on back day. Don't dedicate a day to them though.

    I usually do bi's with my chest work outs, I used to do them with back, couldnt tell which worked better, my I switch it up from time to time, I do a few sets of various curls usually... with back they are obviously more shot
