How would I send a zip fill to my upstairs computer. Its only about 190 songs from my music collection and I need it on my other computer to put on my ipod. They are connected to the same network, I think. The upstairs computer is like the main computer then we have 2 other computers in the house connecting off it with those blue internet cable. SO can someone please help me sending the zip file. I made it into a zip file because its compressed but I really don't know if it wil make a difference.

Youu should be able to share the file through the network, but just to make it easy, how about just burning a CD and then copy the files to the other machine?

Do you have XP with SP2??

Go into the firewall settings and make sure file and print sharing is turned on.
