Had x-rays of it, the spine is fine. Should I just try to strengthen it?
i had that. i asked my doctor and he said it may be from bending forward while squatting. i found out i bend forward because of tight hamstrings. i now stretch my hamstrings and no longer have the problem.
If I don't have an actual reverse hyper, what should I do?
lay off the dbol
that's cool when doctor advice + problem solving skills actually works out
he told me to either do leg presses greddy or use a belt greddy so i researched and here i am today
