Semen is high in calories, low in protein

    2nd attempt to get into shape.

    surgury is done and healed.

    weighing in at 164.5lbs and.... ......16% body fat this morning. :o

    That's only up 17.5lbs and 6% since Feb.

    Goal is to drop 4% in 2 months. and then drop the final 2% in 2 months.

    Maintain weight around 155 - 160.

    protein shake


    Workout schedule:
    2.5 mile run
    1 mile run, 1 hr MT

    missed my lunch time run. wont be able to run on lunch all week :wtc:

    but the gf is making me go to MT tonight. This is my first night training after eating lean for a day. Pathetic, I know.

    bad workout this morning. Hip was killing me from training hard last night.

    couldnt do thai pads or spar so I did 4 rounds on the heavy bag and then tried to stretch it out.

    then just did 4 rounds on the regular bag, then 15 minutes of ab conditioning.

    taking the rest of the day and tomorrow off to heal up.

    took a chick's gravity class today. that shit was hard after going for a run. good workout. gonna keep it in my weekly routine for sure. maybe even 2 or 3 times.

    took fri - sun off. got drunk all three nights, didnt eat terrible, but didnt eat good.

    going to MT tonight. gonna burn myself out before class and see how well i can hang. need to start getting more out of it.

    not an intensive workout, but a good 1.5 mile run, lots of stretching, multiple rounds on the heavy bag. 1 hour of MT. Now time for sleep.

    1.5 hours of MT sparring and drills this morning. havent dumped sweat like that in ages. Felt great, hoping to eat lean today and get a little bag work in on my lunch break.

    none, i hate weight training. I do mostly body weight exercises and plyo's.
    I have been taking this shit from muscletech called Luekic. Its actually helped a lot with keeping me from getting too sore and keeping me from losing muscle.


    Looks like i gotta take a little time off. Tuesday morning sparring i ate a poorly placed knee right at the most awkward spot. Dude caught me right where the pelvis meets the very top (inside) of your leg. Now i got a crazy knot on it and cant bend over.

    had a good run today with some of my coaches. About 4 miles with a really long incline at the end. think i'm gonna do that run with 10lb on the vest next time. I normally like to run a little faster.

    went for a good 45 minute run with my coach then jumped rope for 10 minutes. by the end of the 0 minutes of rope my arms were dying and i was dumping sweat, felt great.

    He was asking me when i want to fight, he knows i am a little too passive to fight, but he wants me to fight on Aug 30th or the following fight he can get me.


    Unfortunately i weighed in 5 pounds heavier than last week. up to 166. so i need to drop 20 pounds, no way i'll be ready for the 30th :(

    great morning of training. coach is really working knees with me a lot more to compensate for the pain in my hip.

    my boxing defense needs serious work though :(

    havent trained since last Tuesday morning other than one run.
    cant get to the gym tonight or tomorrow. This really sucks.

    had a friend in town all weekend and drank and ate out all weekend and i looked in the mirror and i look pregnant.

    I need to make some serious changes.

    i think its gonna be a boy cause i'm carrying really low. seriously though, i look terrible and its funny.

    blisters on the feet suck. thank god they dont last more than a day with me

    my feet sweat like crazy and tape never sticks.

    ran a couple miles, then trained with a coach i've never trained with before.

    no focus on technique, a TON of cardio and conditioning. I couldnt do a burpee by the end of the hour.

    was having a good training session in MT... ....then i tore my biog toe nail up. didnt hurt, but its bleeding in a 360 degree pattern around the nail. sucks.

    was working out on the heavy bag today after work and felt a pop and shift in my hip and hear a crack sound. Felt like my leg came out of socket at the hip, which i really dont think is possible, but the pain is getting unbearable, the girl is bringing me vicodins and beer.

    I am supposed to run a 10k on saturday, really bummed if i miss it.

    this is just ridiculously depressing. Makes me mad that there are so many lazy people in the world that dont excercise or play sports, but I have to be plagued by shitty joints and tendons from birth and all I want is to be able to train.

    damn, not only am i out of commission, but i'm turning into an emo bitch :wtc:
