are you thinking stock sites or for regular people to buy? for the latter Smugmug.com and zenfolio.com seem to be the 2 best. I hope to open a zenfolio site soon.

for anyone who has used smugmug or zenfolio, have you ever sold prints? if so how was the experience for both sides in your opinion. I am looking to redo my whole website, and might want to use one of these for the gallery/ordering

I'm interested in this somewhat, but I looked at what you make per pic and then saw what they charge per pic to buyers and the difference turned me off to it.

I really like smugmug, you can set your own prices and choose what sizes/ papers are available for sale. its awesome!

how many prints have you sold? I am interested in doing more with my pictures this year opposed to just leaving them on my harddrive for no reason

Enough to pay for the site subscription, which was my main goal. Only took 2 months.

I've probably sold like $150 worth, and I make maybe $2-3 per photo.

I've lined up a few portrait sessions and sorority functions that I should sell lots at. It's well worth it.

    Use my referral code :x:

yup, you can watermark individual photos or albums as a whole

you can have an unlimited amount of different ones if you want a huge one on some and small ones on other.

    thanks :h5:
