So I'm selling a glock 27, standard sights, two pearce +1's, had it about 6 months, and shot between 300-500 rounds through it. I have a local guy that is offering $450. Do you guys think that's a decent price?

Second I need some suggestions as to what to replace it with. I've got a G19, 22/45, LCR, AR, 10-22, and a couple deer rifles. There's not really anything that immediately comes to mind, although I would like to keep it roughly at the price I sell the 27 for.

locally a 27 is $489, then add tax, then about $20 for the extensions.

you're eating about $100? sounds worse once i do the math, i originally thought $450 isn't bad

I would take the $450 and run with it.
More than that you are just getting too close to retail, and the G27 isn't exactly hard to come by. Though, if your local area jacks the priced up higher then you may be able to get away with a slightly higher price.

I sold my G27 with mepro night sites for $500 a few months ago. Had it about 5 years (3rd gen in original combat tupperware box) and a couple thousand rounds through it. I think they were a little harder to find earlier in the year though.

If you are looking for something to replace it, but you're not sure what... then why sell it? It's a great gun. I only sold mine because I was trimming down on my calibers (sold the G27 and G23), otherwise I never would have sold it.

    about $100?

    489-450 = 39 + 20 = 59 + 48.90(10% sales tax) = $107.90? :dunno:

Birmingham, AL is 9-10% depending on what city limits you're in

I do have an 870 20ga....forgot about it. I just don't really need it. I bought it for a specific purpose and it ended up not working out as well as I had imagined.

Locally they sell for $485 + tax brand new. $450 seems around fair considering your gun is used.
