    EDIT: SALE PENDING

    :wtc:

I always told myself I'd never sell any of my guns, but I have decided to sell off the shotty for some quick cash.

Remington 870 Express, I've put through maybe 20 rounds. Factory "tactical" version with the extended mag tube, 18" barrel, and Butler Creek side folding stock (with shell holder). Also has a generic nylon sling, and a side saddle holder, and about 30 rounds.

    Now:

    BTW, I am in WI

Hmm, do private transfers need some kind of documentation? Aren't firearms registered to the original buyer?

For an out of state transfer it would have to go through an FFL.

So what if its a private transfer between two residents of the same state?

If you want to, feel free to send me $300 :hsugh:

Let me put it like this. I work 3 jobs, have no car payment, but have no money because my bitch wife decided to walk out and leave me with the house payment and a whole shit ton of other bills. Now, this wasn't a problem before, but my income alone is only about 1/3 of what we brought in together.

    So eat my balls.

    You fucking nutsack.

Nothing. The purchaser shows up, gives seller monies, seller gives buyer the weapon.

I've considered unloading it, but with the way the market is where I am, I'm better off keeping it :hs:

Really? So if buyer buys gun kills a man, ditches gun, cops run serial, registered to original owner, won't the seller get shit for it?

Well, theoretically, there is no gun registry :hsughno:

But I'm sure you'd be getting a knock on the door. There is nothing really a detective could do though, especially if you produce a receipt :dunno:

Most states don't have any such thing as registration.

you could turn it into a rental property and live in an apartment. then since you are running a business if you itemize your taxes and you come out as a loss on the rent compared to the payments you owe monthly you can count that as a loss and a tax deduction...

Or I could just live there and work on making a little extra money so I can live comfortably without having to work 70 hours per week.
