I just snatched Frank Trigg's Ground and Pound. So far I've only watched most of the first DVD, but after skimming through some other parts I've decided it's on of the best Ground and Pound instructionals I've seen. I haven't found any others that go this much in depth about the actual striking game on the ground, from inside gaurd to side to mount. Great video quality too.

I have a few others I've recovered since losing my harddrive, but really all I want to pick up now is a good BJJ series. I'm hoping to focus on BJJ most soon since it's always been my weakest offensive weapon.

look for roy harris, michael jen, saulo ribeiro, the practical grappler. those are some of the more complete grappling instructionals i've seen.

All depends on what you're looking for, but I've benefitted a lot from karo's, bravo's, and saulo's instructionals.

For overall bjj, look into saulo.

I think I will. I think I've heard his come up often as well, but I've never actually sat through it. I've always rolled no gi and wear the gi once in a blue moon. I'd like to train gi harder and eventually try and test for my blue belt in a year or so when my instructor's teacher comes back around.
