Seeing Results in 2 weeks

    So I've been steadily loosing weight since about November when I weighed in at 178lbs. I started a new diet on Jan 1 and started going to the gym for about 2 hours a night 4-6 times a week. The first set of measurements were taken on 1.6.06 and the second set tonight 1.22.06.

    in order to save time, I'll list only the measurements that increased (none of my measurements decreased).

    All measurements taken COLD.
    Weight - 168lbs down to 163lbs
    Shoulders- 44" to 46.5"
    Chest - 38.5" to 41"
    Bicepts - 13" to 14"
    Forearms - 11" to 11.5"
    Hips - 37" to 38"
    Thighs - 21.5" to 23"
    Calves - 13" to 15.5"

    so is this about typical for (what I consider myself) "beginners"? And if I continue my routine and diet, should I expect to see similiar results with each passing week?

    Before I get a bunch of posts about everyone bulks/builds/cuts different, I know. I just want a generalization.

    Does anyone have any tips about how to steadily increase in size while on my diet? I'm currently only taking 100% Whey, because that's all I can afford at the moment. :)

    What can I say? I monitor my protein intake very closely along with fruits, veggies, and carbs. And I love chest, shoulder, and leg day with all my black little heart....

    I also lift like it's going out of style. And every second of every day I'm preoccupied with thinking about getting big.

    think big, eat big, lift big, get big. isn't that how it works? :)

    No really. All natural. and I'm not BSing. The measurements speak for themselves. And I know, I was just as blown away by it as you guys are. I totally didn't expect to see results like this for at least a month.

    adding 2.5" inches to your calves even in a month is highly, highlyyyy unlikely. let alone 2 weeks

    Nice.

    taking measurements is pretty straight forward - measure at the widest point cold and average the results (in my case 3 was the magic number).

    your cock may be 41 centimeters. My chest however, is indeed 41 inches.

    he just switched his diet to high fat foods and it put all this added fat onto his muscles

    Yes, I do understand. hence my post here to ask if this was "normal". because to me, it seemed quite abnormal. And I didn't gain on EVERY measurement. My neck and waist stayed constant. I only listed the measurements that changed.

    well, I obviously can't remeasure the originals:
    But my chest I just did. 40" - 40.5" - 40" - but the 41 I posted earlier came from someone else taking the measurements.

    what if no measurement for home but 41 chest is 40 if a girl measures?

    on a side note, fuck I cant wait to finish this tub of overpriced shit, cottage cheese ftw from now on..

    Quite possibly so. I wouldn't say "never" worked out before--- but I have definatly never been as serious as I am about it now.
