seeing good progress with higher fiber intake

    dont know if this is a placebo or not but ive lost 6lbs in the past 10days after getting a fiber supplement from GNC. Dont know how much of its water but i can see my abs in teh morning now:eek3:

    havent changed diet besides taking in oils after workout/breakfast. Changed workout routine to Pur's about 10days ago too, maybe thats it:noes:

    Just today I changed my morning breakfast and added 26 grams of fiber... had a stellar shit about 20 minutes later ftw.

    i would say the change in ab visibility is due to diet (PUR) not the additional fiber, although that is good for you
