    Alright,

So it appears that I have a sebaceous cyst on the side of my penis. It has been there for about a month now and I was wondering if it would go away on its own or if there was a way that I can make it heal itself. Or does it have to be surgically removed.

I have been keeping it clean with hydrogen peroxide and there is no puss or anything like that coming out of it. It literally appeared overnight, one night I had an ingrown hair, the next day I woke up and it was a large bump.

Any ideas how to get this fixed or is the only way surgery that I don't really want to do.

    TIA!

Epsom salt helps, and there is a gel/liquid version of the mineral that makes epsom salt. Other than that, if it gets worse, you will need to have it removed. You'll want a LOT of pain killers, believe me. I had one on my back and it was painful. I recommend not letting it go too long without removing it. The smaller the better!
