    I do them being upright and bring them down little further but they look decent.

    yeah that was my point but he wanted to do a db press video... thought he was a little more built than the vid show... some people just want strong press numbers in their upper body and don't care about back or legs...

    I'm not a powerlifter. I just want to look good and I believe that I look better now than I would if I had bigger legs but a smaller upper body.

    Ultimately I'd like a well-balanced body so I'll definitely squat & shit at some point in the future but right now if I weighed 166 pounds and I had big legs, I'd have one tiny ass upperbody. Most I've squatted(a while ago) is 6x295.

    he doesn't look small... that's not what i'm saying... it's just that if he's 5'10" and (seems to) have a little mass on his upper body... at that weight, there doesn't allow for mass anywhere else, really

    i mean, shit, i'm an inch shorter and 25 lbs. heavier right now :rofl:

    I definitely want to put on some weight. Ultimate target is 180-185. I feel like that would be a decent weight at my size.

    My size is going up little by little. With a bit of luck I'll reach that target sometime this year. Probably sooner than that unless something happens.

    This video will be the sole reason I start following Pur's advice. No more low rep high weight for me. Kotu almost looks like a holocaust victim and can seated press more than I can. :wtc:

    mix it up... low rep high weight stuff works for me more for increasing my numbers

    8x90's

    I actually don't look that bad in real life. Especially with my shirt off. Shirt on though... :o

    My arms are tiny though both in the vid and in real life. I should measure them.

    295x6 for squats is pretty badass for a 165 pounder.

    I went up to like 198 pounds. I was kinda fat though so I cut down and little by little I went down to 165 or so. Started putting on weight, went up to 170, got mono, went down to 155 and now I'm on my way up.

    I'm not sure which picture you're referring to. I'll try to post one or two. Hang on.

    Yea I think that was when I was at my heaviest... around maybe 195 pounds or so.
