I've got 2 70 Gig drives at work operating in RAID 1 and I just get the feeling that they aren't operating at full throttle. I'm using a 2120S but unfortunately not in a PCI-X slot. Any thoughts, suggestions?

What OS? If it's windows run sisoftsandra or whatever it is. If it's *nix throw bonnie++ on it.

The best way to tell how it is doing is to get some speed numbers.

Win2k has a disk monitor for checking RAID performance. Look it up.
