I'm I'm looking for the script of 300 and have even been recommended a few sites, though I can't seem to find it.

    http://www.script-o-rama.com
    http://www.dailyscript.com/links.html

those are the 2 that I've looked through. It does have newer movies, but for some reason, none of them (even the small sublinks) have the movie 300 in it.

I'm using it for a oral interreptation speech I'm doing for my speech class, and would like to do the scene building up to the "This... is... Sparta!" memorable scene. I suppose I could just watch the movie and write word for word what each character says, but I would much prefer have a copy of the script to go off by.

Would really appreciated it if anyone may be able to help me out with this.

sorry, i've got no clue. but if you do have to resort to the watch the movie method then you could turn on subtitles to help.

You could try reading the comic book by Frank Miller.

If you want to download the script for free ,try searching torrents or look up if there's a rapidshare of it somewhere.
