Well today I found three tine scratches in my bumper (plastic) all in a row straight up the bumper. Is there any way that they scratches can be repaired?

If they are into the plastic, they will at least need to be repainted. Sometimes it is cheaper to replace the bumper cover than to repair it if the scratches are deep enough they need to be fillled.

If they are just surface scratches, you might want to try some polish on them.

If they didn't penetrate into the plastic, some polish should clear it right up, just like Scott said. Search for scratch removal techniques for some more information.
