Well, you won't find a much better scope than the cqt IMO. But, are you going to utilize it enough to justify the costs? Or, is this gonna be a gun that sees sunlight every now and then at the range?

I have the Leupold CQ/T on my .223 Les Baer Thunder Ranch. I love it. It's really a great scope. The only question you should ask is how far do you want to be shooting. When i shoot, 50 yards is just about perfect. When i go out to 100 yards, it's very difficult to be accurate. The Thunder Ranch is capable of .5" MOA, so I feel kind of restricted with it. Just something to consider.

Yeah I'm looking at the MR/T M1 as a more feasible option.

the CQ/T is the red-headed stepchild of leupold. you people are the only ones i've ever heard from that like it. you can do better for a red dot with magnification, MUCH better. the trijicon stuff is awesome. also, does anyone know if you can use the bidden aiming concept with the CQ/T?

i'm the fairy fucking godmother of this forum. fine if you like it, but you can still do better. it may cost more, but you can do far better for a red dot with magnification. a TA31 would be a great choice.

I agree the ACOG is much better.

Just cause you pay more doesn't always mean it's better.

Try searching AR15.com for reviews of optics
