I dont shoot much, and prolly maybe will be mostly from 25-50yds, depending on what range I can find. Just need a decent scope that will last. I was looking on sportsmans guide and found something like this for like $30, I know that is really cheap, not sure about quality, what would be a good scope without spending more than $100 (I cant justify a lot of money for this), I know I have had good luck with my Barska Reddot? What is a good 10/22 ballin on a budget

Mailing out my AR tomorrow to its new home :wtc:

Mueller APV is the all-seeing, all-knowing scope of the rimfire world. And it's affordably priced, so you won't have to file bankruptcy. :mamoru:

Don't skimp out on the rings or you'll regret it.

Using a cheaptastic $50 Bushnell 3-9x40 ".22" scope from Wally World on the 10/22. I'm thinking I ought to have spent a bit more since it doesn't seem to be holding a zero. Maybe I just need some rings that register in the cross-slots on the scope mount.

Cheaper ones will be fine. If you are having problems with it shifting, then upgrade to nicer rings.

Also, get high mount rings, or whatever rings that will let you still be able to use the iron sights.

if you really want to use the irons get QR rings, see-thru mounts are shit.

What a good ring so I dont have to buy another set of rings? How much should I spend?

I have been looking for Rings, but if I do get the APV Scope, what size rings do I need to get? 1" or what, and how much should I spend, they run from $10 to $150, now given this will be light range use on occasion that the scope will even be used.. not sure if I should even spend $125 on a scope, I might shoot a few times a year at maybe 50yds or so.. maybe I should get a Barska scope or something, never had a scope before and dont know THAT much about them
