Alrighty, Narrowed it down to three

    Leupold VX-I 3-9X40 ($220 shipped)

    Nikon Prostaff 3-9x40 ($175 shipped)

Burris Fullfield II 3-9x40 ($205 Shipped)

All have a lifetime warrenty, all have good reviews, the only thing i've heard is that lately burris' glass has been outsourced and has suffered.

    Which would you pick?

The local dealer I do all my business with seems to think fairly highly of Nikon for "budget" scopes. No first hand experience though.

Thats my biggest problem, i've heard good things with all 3, leupold just because they're good all around, burris is supposed to a great budget scope, and Nikon is a great budget scope too, no matter which one i choose i'll be good, but i didnt know if anyone has tried one or more

    VX-1 = non-click adjustments = gay

They're accurate adjustments of course, but non-click is still pretty weak.

    :werd:

out of those I'd take the Nikon. Burris supposedly has terrible customer service. And I'd assume Leupold will get the most votes based on name alone.
