How many do you take in a total day?
3 on workout days (1 scoop breakfast, post workout, before bed).
2 on non workout days (breakfast, before bed)
So you only take 1 scoop per shake?
yeah. it's usually with milk.
1 scoop max milk
2 scoops eas whey (roughly 1 scoop of normal whey... they use a dinky little scooper)
1 scoop of WPI after my workout this afternoon
how many scoops of protein in tuna?
workout days ~ 6 (2 for breakfast, 1.5 before, 2.5 after workout)
off days ~ 4 (2 for breakfast, 2 mid afternoon)
and depending my meal based protein intake for the day, those numbers can vary

Sometimes I'll do 3 scoops every day, just depends when I get sick of my usual AW shake.
2 for breakfast
2 before i sleep
3 everyday, though I'm going to bump it up to 6
Is this pure whey protein?
So one scoop would proberbly be roughly 25-30g?
Is whey protein somehow better then protein found on other foods? Like fish. I get well over 200g from my diet without the use of whey, would it be useful to begin to supplement it?

One scoop of ON whey is 24 grams, its a easy way to get in extra protein while keeping the calories, carbs, fat, down. I try to shoot for 285-300 grams. So I bring in about 200 from food, and 100 from whey.
I take about 4-5 a day. 2 in the morning ( 48 grams) , 2 1/2 after my workout (60 grams).
1 max milk in the AM
1 Whey post workout
1 max milk in the PM
2 scoops for breakfast and 2 scoops post workout.
none at the moment, just eating extra meat everyday instead
See, i like those things, you need them to bulk.
There is some whey powders designed to put on size, im not sure how they mix them, but there mixed with lots of carbs. The only thing is they cost lots of money, plus you need to use so much of it in every mix ($50 would get you like 13 serves, versus 40 serves using whey powder). It just gets too much money imo.
1-2 plus a occassional protein bar
If you wanta bulk and dont care about that stuff, check out the sticky , there is max milk still on sale . . . its pretty cheap man, under 10 bucks a tube . .
